Alongside my work as a therapist and educator, I also run a variety of workshops for those wanting to benefit their mental health and wellbeing, without the commitment of therapy, or learn more about dramatherapy in general.
The following workshops can be booked via Eventbrite
Since qualifying as a Drama and Movement Therapist in 2016, I have delivered Introduction to Dramatherapy Workshops, in local universities, organisations and through my private practise.
These workshops aim to introduce Dramatherapy, and includes experiential therapy sessions for individuals to gain understanding first-hand.
For organisations, I offer bespoke workshops to participants to suit their needs. For a quote and further information into how workshops can be tailored to your specific organisation, please contact me here.
The standard workshop that I offer through my private practise is aimed at those interested in studying training to become a dramatherapist in the future, and covers the following:
Basic theory underlying Dramatherapy, including benefits, who we work with and where we work.
Exploring how one can get into studying dramatherapy, including how to gain experience before applying to study.
The methods and mediums used in dramatherapy and how these can be tailored to benefit individuals or groups.
Experiential therapy sessions for individuals to gain first-hand experience
Workshops are 2.5 hours long, and can be booked individually at any point for a fee of £100 . Training can be delivered to multiple participants for an additional £30 per person, as the cost is shared.
I also advertise and hold regular group training sessions for £65.27 per person. Tickets are available through Eventbrite here.
