Bristol Dramatherapy also facilitates group wellbeing sessions, on a face-to-face and online basis. These are not to be mistaken for therapy sessions, which are usually more extensive, however these sessions aim to bring focus and awareness to our mental health and wellbeing so we can learn, grow and promote positive change. As these groups focus on preventing or dealing with smaller issues rather than focusing on issues intended for therapy, these do not need an initial consultation to join and can be booked without further steps (however feel free to get in touch with any questions).
