We have many different sessions, classes and workshops offered within the Thrive community, to suit many different needs and goals! I hope to update and let the groups grow with the community and my capability.
Please feel free to visit the booking page buttons for updated dates, times and prices to get a sense of what we offer, however booking is only permitted with an active membership. All sessions are priced between £8-£25 per session depending on the Thrive session objectives, resources used, duration and therapeutic holding level.
My Mind on Tasks (MOT)
An early‑morning grounding and focusing group to help you set priorities for the day ahead. These sessions focus mostly on independent exercises rather than group sharing.
For those who want to:
- Destress before work
- Focus their thoughts
- Explore blockages around concentration
- Process feelings of burnout
- Start the week with their mental health in mind
Well, Naturally
A gentle, nature‑based group. We meet at the Bromley and walk to a nearby green space for grounding and reflection. When the weather isn’t ideal, we bring nature indoors and create a calm, restorative session.
For those who want to:
- Build connection with others
- Form new relationships
- Spend more time in nature
- Check in with themselves
- Pause and breathe
The Write Mentality
A creative writing group using reflection and creativity to explore thoughts and feelings. Sharing is optional and feedback focuses only on how the writing resonated personally with listeners — never on technical skill.
For those who want to:
- Learn more about themselves
- Explore writing as expression
- Enjoy creativity without pressure
Gets it Done
A supportive body‑doubling workspace for anyone who struggles with task avoidance or getting started. Includes brief one‑to‑one mentoring check‑ins with Laura and optional peer support.

- A fun, gentle, supportive approach to aid you in getting those non-starters done!
Character Building Stuff
An eight week workshop course focusing on confidence building by using our favourite fictional characters, and then work at making some of our own (it worked for Beyoncé!).
Whilst working
- Work and develop relationships with the same participants
- Use drama, script writing, character building and embodiment (acting) to develop understanding of our own confidence, self awareness and self esteem.
It’s a Vibe / It’s a Bit Heavy
A free-movement class that embraces choosing how we want to feel! We play either 90s/00s Pop Anthems (‘It’s a Vibe’) or Rock Anthems (‘It’s a Bit Heavy’) and use movement to ground, release emotion from the body, have a boogie and just vibe out together in a small group. Suitable for all abilities. Would particularly benefit those who:
- Want an easy, fun way to connect with others
- Want to explore movement to work with emotions within the body
- Struggle with body image issues or anxiety
- Struggle with confidence or self esteem issues
Keep Hauling
A small singing karaoke group focusing on Sea Shanties and Folk Music to feel connected, feel the music and encourage joy and emotional resilience,
- Want an easy, fun way to connect with others
- Want to sing in a group for enjoyment
- Struggle with connecting with others or anxiety
- Struggle with confidence or self esteem issues
Just to Be Clear
A creative and storytelling-style support group which aims to highlight how we perceive the world around us, and when our own beliefs and worries can become obstacles to our happiness.
- Want a gentle, easy way to process creatively
- Want to connect and share in a group
- Struggle with connecting with others or asking for help
- Struggle with confidence or self esteem issues
- Feels many of their anxious feelings may be unfounded, or need validation.
